About

The creative process is a delicate process.

Any artist will attest to the soul-baring process of making tangible the intangible; it is a vulnerable and intentional affair.

Sadly, in a fast-paced consumer driven market, artists are often forced to create according to the tastes that will bring the most compensation. While it is does not need to be so, survival is very often pit against expression when it comes to the creative process.

The Dips Collective was started by Marcus Dip Silas with a vision to connect creatives with meaningful projects that dignify the creative experience. At the same time, we want to expose creatives to the possibilities of social entrepreneurial projects that prioritizes those caught in the margins.

Since 2016, we have worked to dignify the human experience, partnering with photographers, filmmakers, social entrepreneurs, designers, bakers, and many other creatives. Many of our projects revolve around working with faith-based humanitarian organizations or ethics-conscientious corporations to help them deliver their services.

Through our project-based partnerships, we have helped refugees escape conflict and participated in the economic development of low-income communities in various countries.

We remain committed to the democratized platform of collaboration, ensuring that our clients receive a service par excellence that dignifies the humanity of all parties. We sincerely believe that success is defined by the wellbeing of a given community, not just individuals.
